We are headquartered in Sucat, Parañaque Philippines with an office in Los Angeles, California. We believe in the creative synergies as a result of bringing together exceptional talents that can create a channel for global collaborations. The leaders and founders of the company are composed of experts in the field of Strategy and Strategic Human Capital Management Services with a combined corporate experience of more than 50 years.

Assess
The first step is to really understand your burning issues, clarify your objectives and establish metrics for success and lay the groundwork for a successful placement of talent.
Plan
Create a plan by mapping the skill set and competencies needed, prepare a proposal, after client agrees to the terms stated in the proposal and contract, we start the search for the best talent
Deliver
Talent goes thru the onboarding and induction process, commence new employee training, handhold with the talent and the client, initial performance review 30 days after onboarding.
Measure
Regular monitoring of the effectiveness of the program. Coaching and mentoring programs to monitor the application of the learning’s from the program and further development.
THE PHILIPPINES AS AN OFFSHORE OUTSOURCING COUNTRY
The Philippines’ offshoring/outsourcing industry is composed of shared service offices, global in-house centers, captives and third-party outsourcing providers. Large multinational companies outsource functions of their operations to the Philippines; international 3rd party providers offer services from the Philippines to foreign multinationals and independent Philippine companies provide services to international clients. The Philippines ranks top 3 in location for talent according to analysts, both on graduate-level pool and among professionals in sectors such as accounting, engineering, healthcare and finance and other non-voice, complex services and is among the top 3 BPO and GIC locations in the world, after India and China in terms of number of graduates.
